I have this job and it is driving me mad. It is that bad it is making my hair go grey and im only 27. I am constantly stressed out and always get into trouble for shouting at my work mates.
The funny thing is i say i hate it but i actually enjoy the work i do. Im a care assistant and love helping people but i think i am going to have a break down very soon.
does anyone else feel like this? and if so what did you do?

Had a breakdown, in fact two, and finally admitted defeat and was made redundant, so didn;t even get chance to quit.
