Mascara: everyday, black/brown. special events, black. you can try blue mascara for parties. always on upper and lower lashes.

Eyeliner: Everyday, cohl. special events, black. try bright turquoise, or violet, for parties. never go all the way around your eyes. put white eyeliner on the lower rims of your eyes. it makes your eyes look big and awake.

Eyeshadow: white, blue, gray, gold, brown.

I have gray eyes too (sometimes green, usually gray), and have almost every color eyeshadow, so i usually match it with whatever i am wearing that day. For eyeliner and mascara, I think you should wear black-brown, or black. For your lips, you should where lighter pinks. But be sure to go to covergirl.com.
