Dress for Beauty Pageant?

hi, 1'm 13 and i'm competing in the namiss pageant. I haven't really picked out my formal-wear outfit yet. There are a few rules: it has to be: long, age appropriate, a reasonable price. Also what do you think would look good on me:

-Brown hair

-blue/grey eyes

-5'2 97lbs

-00 in womens

-12 in adults
