Mine is very dry skin and now black marks also thre and like sun burns black faint and looks dull. and my hair is also very dry. now it is getting grey so i am using mehendi it is very dry. I don't know that to do for these problems. Plz help.

Water is very essential part of body.....Drink ample of water (3-4 ltrs) daily. It will make the skin glow by reducing mallanine production.

have bottle gourd juice for six months. have flaxseed oil - it's great for skin. dont use mehendi - then u need to use more shampoo to get it out. get your hair dyed. condition after shampooing. dont use oil

u can try to use coconut milk the pure one n apply to ur hair scalf n massage it n leave around 30 min n wash do this 2 times a week for ur face try to apply olive oil before sleep it's work for me
