definitely, i think light color eyes with dark hair is very hot the highlights will keep it from being to plain looking, you should get it done though don't try to do all that yourself!

Dye your hair black with crazy red highlights. My friend did that and she got so many complimets. Its your hair, der. dye it a darker shade it will make your eyes pop.
