Calling all colour consultants ?

I need to buy an evening gown (not black) to wear to a special event. I'm a summer skin tone- very pale white and pink with light ash blonde hair and blue grey eyes. Out of all the colors that would suit me, which color one would be the most striking?

A rich, dark teal, azure (sort of dark blue), or crimson-- or gold, silver, deep indigo or medium-dark primrose for a less "bold-striking" effect. Instead, it'll just be very striking, not as bold.
