Then your eyeliner needs to be a color that you have on but not any loud color. I would pefer black or brown. Your eye shadow needs to be not to dark either, but a color you have on.

Try Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse in the lightest shade. I think it's Strawberry Whip. Don't overuse or you look clown-ish.

Mascara: Maybelline's pink and green bottle, Great Lash I think it is. Perfection in a bottle.

Bronzer: If you want to add a touch of tan use a gel or cream bronzer. Hollywood Glo by Benefit's a great one to try.

Don't be afraid to experiment, either! Fair skin goes great with electric colored eyeliners and smoky eyes. It also looks nice paired with the hard to pull off red lipstick, but it's a hit in Hollywood. As a make-up artist, I've worked with people who love the look and others who hate it. So try it out! You never know what you like or don't like unless you try it.
