Go to eyeslipsface.com and they have great make up suggestions, go to shop e.l.f and under looks. And the best part, if you need new make up it's only $1.

DON"T OVER DO IT!!!! If I were you i would try a darkbrown eyeliner paired with a nice jewel tone . Or just go for a more natural look, no eyeliner, a little mascara, nice bronzer, touch of lip gloss and you are good to go.

well if you had dark make up then go lite

get just a gloss with a little pink tint and go light with the top lid eyeliner like silver and do a shade of silver pink shadow

Go to Clinique counter. They will do a free makeover. If anything you will find out what colors are best for your features. Best thing I ever did! You are not obligated to buy anything.

First, anyone with pale skin and young shouldn't wear black eyeliner. It makes you look hard.

I'd recommend a grey or charcoal eyeliner (use a pencil), grey or light-brown mascara. without knowing your eye shape I can't help with some areas.

I'd try to see if you put your eyeliner from the outside in - a little thicker line on the outside of the eye on the upper lid. Narrow when it gets close to your nose. Do not touch the corner of your eye on the inside with eye liner. Taper the liner before you get that far. Taking it to the inside corner of your eye will push your eyes close together. If they're far apart - cool - but most young girls dont have eyes far apart.

On your lower liner start again with the outer corner. It should be a little thicker on the outer and blend it towards the inner corner making the line disappear before you get to the inner corner. The lower line should have a larger gap between the end of the liner and the inside corner of your eye. Never allow this line to get to that corner. And, you don't want the upperand lower lines to touch.

Darker is not always better and on someone with lighter skin - its never better unless its toenail polish.

You may consider a blush type color for eye shadow...not blush for your cheeks though.

For a dressier look consider a faded white eyeliner above the charcoal line on top. Then, you'll have two lines on your top eye lid. Not too stark white - just a touch.

With make-up - less is more. Anytime you think you need to add more - stop. Its perfect the way it is.

Please, though, please, dump the black eye liner ;-). I know its popular...but its not becoming. Charcoal is almost black but gives you a softer look.

Happy experimenting!

Don't put to much make-up on or you will look something is very wrong with you. You should put a bit of mascara on and a light pink or a light brown lip gloss and a white eyeshadow.

In need of a new makeup look...?

hey! so i am pretty similar it sounds in appearance to you except i am blonde, so hopefully i can help. anyway, i know it is expensive, but bare minerals is a miracle worker! i use the fairly light and i am able to cover up all my acne and under eye bags as if they aren't there at all! they have so many eyeshadows that you can easily find one that will bring out your eyes. i use one called heart, which is a light, earth toned purple glitter and it really brings out my eyes. then i use "warmth" as blush which gives me a natural looking tan, that even looks good in the winter as it's not too dark. then add a little mascara and your good to go! i would leave out the eyeliner though. i used to use it and i look back on pictures of myself when i did and it looks aweful(at least on me)! it is a good investment though because it last FOREVER!! good luck and i hope this helps!
